Online Chlorination System

Online Chlorination System has been known as one of the most consistent and popular method to remove powder and breaks down latex protein of gloves during the dipping process. They are equipped with chlorination tanks to chlorinate the gloves while still on the line. It makes the gloves become more harden and smooth. Then, through further online washing and leaching processes, the latex protein level may reduce to as low as 50mg/dm2.

Offline Chlorination

Offline Chlorination System means the gloves to be chlorinated after they are removed from the lines.

Water Tight Test System

A semi or fully automatic Watertight Test Machine which is designed to eliminate pinholes gloves by filling up the gloves with 1000 mL of water for at least 2 minutes in accordance to the Sampling Plan Special Inspection (SPSI) Level S-4, AQL1.5 and so on.
