Fume Scrubber System

This packed column scrubber operates in countercurrent or cross flow design where the air stream moves vertically or horizontally through the packed bed and is irrigated by scrubbing liquid flows down through the packing. This fume scrubber is the most common type of unit encountered in gaseous pollutant control for the removal of the undesirable inorganic pollutants such as sulfur gas, oxides of carbon, nitrogen gases, halogens, halides, photochemical products, odor, cyanides and ammonia.

Chlorine Emergency Scrubber System

Chlorine Emergency Scrubber System (CESS) is a standard packed tower system widely applied for the absorption of chlorine gas. The system has been designed to handle the worst case release rate of one ton chlorine portable tank at a fusible plug leak rate of up to 200 kg per minute total vaporization.

Generally consist of cartridges or baghouses with an inertial separator to remove large chips and fine particles. This dust collector system will improve indoor air quality by removing dust from a series of machines, workstations and tools.

Cyclon System
|

Higher gas velocities without excessive entrainment are obtained with a centrifugal type chamber by the centrifugal action of the tangentially entering gas stream. This cyclone system is therefore useful where the main resistance to mass transfer lies within the gas phase.

Venturi Scrubber System
|
|
Venturi Scrubber System acts as a single stage contact device for the removal of particulates from gas streams as also the removal of gaseous pollutants. It is only considered when the gas is highly soluble in the liquid solvent.
